Laura's journey as an advocate and leader for Kittitas County is deeply rooted in her heritage and love for rural America. A seventh-generation Washingtonian, she brings a wealth of experience and commitment to our community.

Having called Kittitas County home for 32 years, Laura's dedication is evident. From settling in Hyak at Snoqualmie Pass at age eleven to raising her family in Roslyn, she's deeply connected to the community she serves.

Laura's priorities for the future:

  • Opposing new taxes without your vote, ensuring decisions reflect public support.

  • Enhancing transparency through town hall meetings, recorded meetings, and increased community engagement.

  • Securing funding for affordable housing, legislation for rural dwelling units, and senior rental assistance.
